Why should I get a membership?
With our unlimited membership, keeping your vehicle clean and shiny is a breeze! Wash your car as
often as you like for one affordable monthly price. Plus, enjoy all the perks we offer—like free vacuums,
microfiber towels, mat cleaners, and more. Experience the convenience and value today!
(if you have rubber mats – bring them to our team, we will spray them down for you!)
When will I be billed for my Monthly Wash Club Membership?
The day you sign up for your Monthly Wash Club Membership will be your first day in the club. We will
auto-draft your credit card on that same date each month as long as you are a member.
What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?
Glad you asked. Next time you enter the wash, let us know your previous plates and we can update our
system to your new plates in minutes. You may also give us a call or email us the information to make
your next visit seamless.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
No problem! We would hate to lose you but if you would like to cancel for any reason, simply come into
our lobby and complete a cancelation form. Your account will not be billed again, and you can still use
the wash until that billing cycle ends. (Certain members hold a life-time membership discount, once
cancelled this discount is gone forever)
Do you wash the inside of my vehicle?
Our employees do not enter any vehicles; however, we provide everything you need to keep your
vehicle sparkling clean!
Can I go through the wash?
We accept all kinds of vehicles through the wash as long as they do not exceed 7’5” (90 inches) or have a
tire width wider than 14”.
We cannot accept:
- Dually trucks
- Vehicles with bike racks attached
- Truck beds that are not completely empty
- Vehicles with hardened mud that breaks off in chunks
- Ladder racks
This list is not all-inclusive. If you have any concerns, a Team Member can inspect your vehicle before
going into the wash to ensure all requirements are met.
How often should I wash my vehicle?
Washing your vehicle at least once a week will help you keep the paint and exterior of your vehicle well

What is graphene?
